Q1. How long does it take to receive the product after ordering?
Ready-made goods will be shipped within three days and arrive within two days after shipment; pre-ordered goods will be shipped according to the agreed time. For special events and festivals, they will be shipped within two weeks.

Q3. How to process returns or exchanges?
• Please contact us and send the invoice and product back to No. 46, Lane 3, Lane 106, Section 3, Minquan East Road, Taipei City, and provide the delivery information; you can also exchange the product at our store during business hours. • If the product is defective, eguchitoys will be responsible for the full shipping cost. • After receiving the return, we will refund the product within three days. If you have not received a billing notice after the refund, please contact your credit card company and pay attention to the next month's bill.

Natural damage: Free repair within one year, after which a repair fee will be charged. Man-made damage: A repair fee will be charged. You can also visit our directly-operated store for repairs during business hours.

We strongly recommend measuring your baby's leg circumference to choose the right size for your child's training pants. Don't rush to throw them in the washing machine immediately after delivery. 2. Recommendations on the size of nursery furniture and its suitability for small children ◎ Nursery table 30cm: for children under 90cm tall, from the age of 2 years to the age of 2 years old

3. Recommendations for use of teaching aids for young children (please assist children in practicing their use under adult supervision)

How to maintain wooden furniture
1. Instructions for use: Please avoid direct exposure to air conditioning/heating and direct sunlight, as the temperature will cause the wood to expand and contract, causing cracks.
2. Wooden furniture can be cleaned with a cloth and clean water. It is not recommended to use alcohol or chemical cleaning products, as they will damage the tabletop. If it is your first time using it, you can use spray alcohol and then quickly wipe it dry with a cloth.
3. What should I do if I accidentally leave water stains on wooden furniture?
If there are water stains on the table, wait for the surface to dry and let it stand for a day, then use fine sandpaper to polish it, and then use a dry cloth to apply beeswax.
